Athlete Development

Students from Year 4 through to Year 8 are selected to be a part of this program. The aim of this program is to develop the key components of athletic development and proper movement techniques in line with the goals of Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD).

There is a clear correlation between athletic development training and improved performances on the field/track/court in both training and competition that will help young developing athletes reach their full potential in sport.
Proper movement techniques with increased force production lead to maximised potential. During these formative years, the body is primed for new movement patterns.

Basketball

Students from Year 4 through to Year 12 are selected to be a part of this program. Students are part of a Long Term Player Development Plan (LTPDP). This program provides a framework for the most appropriate skills, physical components and guidance to coaches which allow players to develop to their potential.

Cricket

Students from Year 4 through to Year 12 are selected to be a part of this program. Students are part of a Long Term Player Development Plan (LTPDP). This program provides a framework for the most appropriate skills, physical components and guidance to coaches which allow players to develop to their potential.

Rugby Union

Students from Year 4 through to Year 12 are selected to be a part of this program. Students are part of a Long Term Player Development Plan (LTPDP). This program provides a framework for the most appropriate skills, physical components and guidance to coaches which allow players to develop to their potential.

Strength and Conditioning

A qualified Strength and Conditioning coach would design, instruct and supervise strength and conditioning sessions for participants in the Athlete Development, Basketball, Cricket, Netball and Rugby Programs. These sessions will be designed to assist participants in achieving their physical performance outcomes.
