Overview of Portals

The icons below represent the web portals available via the College web site.

Saint Stephen's College is working to provide access to important information at any time and from anywhere. This is achieved by ensuring that key systems are web based, allowing access from any location with a connection to the Internet. The portal products shown below provide parents, students and staff with this 24/7/365 connectivity.

Would you like to

  • know your child's timetable and list of teachers?
  • view your child's latest academic report?
  • check that your child's medical information is up to date?
  • change your contact details?
  • book an interview with teachers for the coming Parent/Teacher evening without making a phone call? Even better, see only times that are available and coordinate the appointment times for yourself.
  • view your child's assessment calendar?
  • view video training on a range of dozens of software packages?

All of this, and much more, is available via the College portals.

The icons shown below do not link to the portals. They provide an overview of some of the resources available.

To access the portals please choose the menu item "Portal Access(Staff, Students, Parents)".
