Year 9 Design Excursion

Recently, our Year 9 students visited Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to learn about different animal habitats.  Last semester our students focused on researching specific animal needs and wants for their homes.

Students participated in one of the sanctuaries education programs that spoke about the importance of habitat preservation. Students also visited the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital where they watched first hand an injured bat being treated by the amazing staff.

The final designs will be on display in the upcoming Arts Exhibition.
