Prep to Year 3 Christmas Concert
What a wonderful Christmas Concert from our youngest (and most would say cutest) cohort at Saint Stephen’s College.
Students in Prep to Year 3 gave an outstanding performance of singing and dancing in the most amazing colourful costumes to a packed audience in the Goda Firkins Auditorium. Sports Awards dinner honours senior College athletes
It was a packed Goda Firkins Auditorium for the 2016 Sports Awards dinner, where students in Years 7 to 12 were in the spotlight for their athletic achievements throughout the year.
Congratulations to all awards recipients. Awards included: Junior and Senior Male and Female Sports Persons of the Year; Half, Full and Blue Colours; Service, Striving and Encouragement; Griffith University; Most Promising and Most Accomplished teams and individuals; Special Recognition; Team and Most Promising Team of the Year; Spirit of Rugby; Netball Hall of Fame and Honour achievements. It was an exciting evening of highlights, which included Nutri-Grain Ironman and two-times Molokai to Oahu paddleboard champion, Matt Bevilacqua, as guest speaker. Thank you to the students, parents and supporters whose input makes sport at Saint Stephen’s College a huge success.Read more »
Bravo! Performing Arts Awards
Congratulations to the 2016 Performing Arts Awards recipients. The annual awards dinner is a celebration of the outstanding achievements of our talented Saint Stephen’s students, and their contributions to music, song, dance and theatre.
Awards included: Half, Full and Blue Colours, Excellence and Service, Five and 10-year Commitment to Performing Arts, State Honours Ensemble Program and other outstanding achievements. As well as exceptional student performances we were treated to an unforgettable act by the College Performing Arts Tutors Band, and welcomed our new Director of Performing Arts, Mr Dylan Troyahn, who joins us in 2017.
