Saint Stephen’s College also offers many non-APS sporting opportunities provided by high quality external providers.

Strength and Conditioning:

Students interested in making use of our College gym are able to under the guidance of our Strength and Conditioning coach Liam Pedge. The gym is open before and after school on most days and students are able to have individualised programs developed.

Runners Club:

During Term One and Two, students in years 4 to 12 are able to be a part of the College Runners Club which coincides with the Cross Country season. The Runners Club caters for students regardless of ability and experience. Students in any of the Optima programs are automatically a part of the Runners Club. Runners Club meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 6.50am. Breakfast is provided after each session for a gold coin donation.
