Principal
The Principal is the Chief Executive Officer of the College and has overall responsibility for every aspect of its operation. The Principal reports directly to the College Board of Directors. She is available to discuss significant issues with parents that cannot be dealt with by her executive staff or issues that parents believe warrant her attention. The Principal's office is located in the Main Administration building.

Dean of Teaching & Learning
The Dean of Teaching & Learning reports to the Principal about curriculum innovations and requirements particularly relating to the senior year levels at the College. The Director of Studies is also responsible for the suite of subject offerings available for each senior year level. The Director of Studies is available to meet with parents to discuss academic issues that cannot be handled by the Heads of Year, Heads of Faculty or the Heads of Programs for senior year level students. The office is located in the Student Welfare Centre.

The Dean of Junior College is responsible for the academic progress and welfare of students in Prep to Year 6, and is assisted in this role by the Heads of Program. The Dean of Junior College advises the Principal about staff deployment and is available to meet with parents about issues not dealt with at the Heads of Program level. The office for the Dean of Junior College is located in the Prep to Year 6 Administration Office.

Sam Holmes
Executive Director of International Education
Sam Holmes is a member of the College Executive and is responsible for all aspects of international education and the development of global perspectives at Saint Stephen's College. Sam is passionate about international education and personally experienced life as an international student in Japan many years ago. Sam speaks Japanese and has travelled extensively throughout most of the world. Sam has first-hand knowledge of many different cultures and communities. Sam ensures that all international students receive exceptional pastoral care and support during their time at Saint Stephen's College.

The Director of Educational Programs is responsible for attracting and monitoring scholarships across the College and recommends existing students for scholarships as well as those applying from outside the College. The AHM - Personal Learning Plans counsels students and their parents and makes recommendations for academic conditioning or other remediation as required. The Assistant to the Principal - Personal Learning Plans is available to meet with parents to discuss academic issues that have not been dealt with by Heads of Year, Heads of Faculty or the Heads of Program for Preparatory to Year 12 students. The office is located in the Student Welfare Centre.

Director of Sport (Years 4-12)
The Director of Sport is responsible for the College APS Sports (Associated Private Schools) and all carnival sporting activities for students from Years 4 to 12. Communication for all external sporting providers is also handled by the office of the Director of Sport as well as any bookings for the College Multi- Purpose Hall (MPH). The office for the Director of Sport is located in the MPH foyer, near the western car park.

College Counsellor
Desiree is registered as a Clinical Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, member of the College of Supervisors and a member of the College of Grief and Loss Counsellors. She has years of experience in school settings (primary and secondary), private practice, crisis support, university setting and as a mental health practitioner for Employee Assistant Programs across Australia. As College Counsellor she engages with the whole College community, with specific interest in the wellbeing of students of all ages at the College. She provides individual counselling sessions for students and other appropriate interventions. She contributes to group activities across the College in a variety of settings.
