The Goda Foundation is dedicated to the enhancement of our children. The foundation was established by Mr Humphrey Firkins to honour his wife Goda.
Mr Firkins’ generosity has allowed many students to participate in exceptional experiences including:
- Suzuki Strings Program (Prep)
- Outward Bound adventures (Years 9 and 10)
- Service and Learning experiences in Cambodia and Myanmar (Years 9 to 12)
- South Passage Adventure Sail
The Goda Foundation has also provided very significant awards to outstanding students at the end of Year 12.
Goda Firkins, the namesake behind The Goda Foundation, was a lady of energy and vision who was committed to excellence in all of her own pursuits. Goda and Humphrey Firkins were the previous owners of the land on which Saint Stephen’s College stands today.
