Year 8 Camp, Northern New South Wales
Mountain biking, high ropes, raft building and an arduous overnight hike were some of challenges that faced Year 8 on camp to Tyalgum Ridge Retreat, in Northern New South Wales.
Battling the inclement weather, students grasped the opportunity to immerse themselves in outdoor activities, to develop teamwork, trust, resilience, and most importantly, friendships. Staff who attended the camp commented that they were proud of how well our students represented themselves and the College.
Thank you to the Year 8 cohort and the teaching staff, including Mrs Comport, Mr Dare, Mr Seib, Mr Hendrickson, Miss Williams, Mr Cullell, Mrs Marx, Mr Soars and Mrs Doyle, for making camp such rewarding experience.« Back to Index
